What Can Change
This work isn’t about spending a year examining your past. It’s about changing what’s happening in your life now.

How It Works
Through short guided meditation practices and large- and small-group sharing, we examine our recurring thoughts, reactions, and behaviors.
We explore these patterns, identifying what they do for us and the parts of ourselves they push aside.
We practice making different choices and giving more space for our authentic voice, desires, energy and the life we want to live
We meet twice each month. Each gathering includes teaching, guided practice, reflection, and conversation. We work with what is happening in your body, relationships, choices, and daily life so the work becomes something you can embody and live, not just intellectually understand.
The group matters. Other women help you see what you may not recognize on your own, and their honesty makes it easier to meet your own life honestly. You get to practice another way of being without having to figure it out alone.
Your printed Companion Journal carries the work between our meetings. It gives you a place to notice what keeps repeating, work with what comes up, and see what begins to change over the year.
A year gives you time to practice in the flow of your life. The work meets you in your relationships, your decisions, your ordinary days, and the moments when the old response would normally take over.

About Kat
II’ve spent more than 25 years helping women understand why they keep doing what they don’t want to do and why knowing better often isn’t enough to change it.
I’m good at seeing what keeps a pattern in place and helping you work with it to change how you live.
The 2027 Circle
Lineage + Legacy begins January 10, 2027, and continues through December.
We meet live on Zoom on the second and fourth Sundays of each month from 9:00–10:30 a.m. Eastern.
Your enrollment includes:
- 24 live gatherings
- Replays of every gathering
- A printed Companion Journal mailed before we begin
- A confidential group of women practicing alongside you
- Guidance that responds to what is happening in the group
Plan for our two monthly meetings and a few minutes each week for reflection and practice.

Enrollment closes January 1, 2027.
Your enrollment is for the full year. The payment plan divides the tuition into ten monthly payments. It isn’t a month-to-month subscription.
You have the first month to experience the work. If Lineage + Legacy isn’t the right fit, email me by February 6, 2027. Tuition already paid will be refunded, minus a $50 processing fee, and your remaining payments will be canceled.
After February 6, enrollment is final.

A Few Things You May Want to Know
What if I can’t attend every gathering?
Every gathering is recorded for enrolled participants. Come live when you can and use the replay when you can’t.
Do I have to share with the group?
No. You decide what you share and when. Quiet participation is always welcome.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is part of our agreement. Replays are available only to enrolled participants and are never shared publicly.
Is this therapy?
No. Lineage + Legacy is a guided educational program. It doesn’t diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions and isn’t a replacement for medical care, psychotherapy, crisis support, or other professional treatment.
You Don’t Have to Keep Living the Same Way
