AYURVEDA + WELLNESS

Understand what your body needs now.

Sleep, digestion, appetite, energy, mood, and movement affect one another. Menopause, along with hot flashes, menopausal weight gain, and other menopausal symptoms, is another layer to navigate if you're in that space. Ayurveda helps us see the pattern so you can stop guessing and make changes that fit your body and your life.

If you’re tired, sleeping poorly, dealing with inconsistent digestion, relying on caffeine, struggling with cravings, or simply not feeling like yourself, the right adjustments can begin moving those systems in a better direction.

You’ll learn what supports you, what depletes you, and what is worth continuing.

How I Work

We begin with what is happening in your body now.

We look at your constitution, digestion, appetite, sleep, energy, movement, stress, daily rhythm, season of life, and the demands you’re living with.

Then we identify the few changes most likely to matter. You make the adjustments, notice how your body responds, and use that response to decide what stays.

The goal is simple: feel better and understand how to support yourself.

Private Ayurvedic Consultation

$100 · One-on-one on Zoom

Choose a private consultation for individualized guidance.

You may be wondering why your energy has changed, why a way of eating no longer works, or why sleep, digestion, mood, movement, or daily rhythm has become harder to manage.

We’ll look at the larger pattern and identify a practical place to begin. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what may be affecting you and a small number of changes you can put into practice.

Seasonal Ayurvedic Reset

$125 · Five guided sessions · Companion guide · Group support

The Seasonal Reset gives your body four weeks of focused attention and steady support.

We work with sleep, digestion, elimination, appetite, energy, mood, movement, hydration, and daily rhythm. I’ll guide you in assessing what’s happening, choosing specific adjustments, and noticing how your body responds.

Doing this together matters. The group creates support and momentum that are difficult to sustain on your own.

Fall 2026 Schedule

The opening session is Saturday, October 3, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM ET at One Love Yoga in Kent, Ohio. You may attend in person or on Zoom.

The remaining sessions meet on Zoom at 7:00 PM ET:

  • Monday, October 5
  • Monday, October 12
  • Monday, October 19
  • Monday, October 26

All five sessions are recorded. You’ll also receive a comprehensive companion guide and access to a private Facebook group for questions and support.

I’ve led this reset every April and October for 15 years. It has been shaped through approximately 30 rounds and the experiences of the people who have participated.

What participants have noticed

“I am finding that I haven’t been taking very good care of myself. I feel better, and someone at work commented that I looked different. I always thought weekend getaways were renewing, but this is totally different. This cleanse is producing changes!”

AK

“The pride I feel being able to stick with this is well worth it. A much better feeling than the disappointment I felt before, chasing sugar and salt in a circle all day without satisfaction.”

KO

“I was really surprised at how much I tuned into how my body was feeling, and that experience will help.”

My Background

I hold a bachelor’s degree in dietetics and became an Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant in 2012. My work also draws on nearly 30 years of study in yoga therapeutics, movement, nutrition, Vedic wisdom, and the patterns that shape health.

I use Ayurveda to help people understand what is happening in their bodies and make choices that work in real life.

A Note About the Work

Ayurvedic consultations and Seasonal Resets are educational wellness experiences. They don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions or replace appropriate medical care, nutrition therapy, psychotherapy, or other professional support.

Individual experiences vary, and no specific result is guaranteed.
